Treena Hoffman
Treena has served on the WI HIMSS board since 2018 in a number of roles including Director of Education, Chair of Spring Leadership Conference, and President. She is eager to continue engaging with WI HIMSS members and is excited about the opportunity to continue on the President track once again. Treena works as a Client Partner Executive for Nordic, working with healthcare systems and leaders across the Midwest, including Wisconsin. She has been instrumental in the success of the WI HIMSS Spring Leadership Conference for the past 5+ years and enjoys helping to bring educational value to the WI HIMSS membership base.

Jennifer Jirochvong
With over 20 years of dedicated experience in Healthcare IT, Jennifer Jirochvong is a seasoned professional committed to leveraging technology to transform healthcare. Throughout her career, Jennifer has played a pivotal role in the development, implementation and optimization of IT solutions that enhance patient care, streamline operations and improve overall healthcare delivery.
Jennifer’s expertise spans a broad range of IT disciplines, including electronic health systems, revenue cycle solution, IT operations and data analytics. She is driven by a passion for innovation and delivers a hand-on approach to technology delivery.
As an active HIMSS member, Jennifer is currently serving as president for the WI chapter. She also serves on the professional development committee, teaching CAHIMS and CPHIMS bootcamps to HIMSS members that are looking to advance their careers through certification.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, her 2 children and 6 rescue dogs. She also likes to hike, cook, try new restaurants and cuisines and is a terrible gardener but plants an annual vegetable garden anyway.

Larry Dux
Larry has served as the Wisconsin Chapter of HIMSS Treasurer for the past ten years. He provides monthly updates to the Chapter Board of Directors and completes the annual financial check list. He retired from Froedtert Health in 2023 where he was Director of Patient Care Informatics & Process Improvement at Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Community Hospital Division. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a Life Fellow/CPHIMS member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). He has served on the Pewaukee School District Board of Education since 2001. He was an examiner for the Wisconsin Forward Award program from 2004-2022 and participated in ten site visits as either a team leader or co-team leader. He has given presentations and conducted workshops on process improvement tools at the National HIMSS Conference and is an instructor for the CAHIMS and CPHIMS Review Courses offered by the Wisconsin Chapter of HIMSS.

Then Mathialagan
Then Mathialagan, PMP, Senior HIMSS is a senior manager with Baker Tilly’s digital solutions practice. She is focused on result-driven project management and consistently delivered many high budget digital transformation, implementation and optimization projects in healthcare space, across payor and provider industry. She has been serving the chapter for 10+ years across multiple roles, leading professional development and communications team. She is currently serving as a board secretary.

Wade Carroll
I have the privilege of leading a dynamic team of over 200 IT professionals, focusing on delivering top-tier IT services across organizations. My role entails crafting and executing strategies for IT applications, clinical informatics, training programs, and the Project Management Office (PMO), with a steadfast commitment to aligning these elements with our overarching organizational objectives. I am responsible for managing a substantial budget, encompassing capital expenditures of $52 million and operating expenses of $91 million, which has required rigorous fiscal discipline and the optimization of resources. A hallmark of my tenure has been directing the transition to an Enterprise Imaging solution, effectively consolidating multiple Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) into a single, cohesive system.

Lissa Mann
Lissa Mann, VP Revenue Cycle IT Applications at Advocate Health, serves as the WI HIMSS Director of Advocacy. She began her career in healthcare IT ten years ago at Epic, leading complex implementations for revenue cycle, Community Connect, and mergers & acquisitions at healthcare delivery organizations across the US. After a brief career detour in finance, she returned to healthcare, joining Advocate Health. In her time at Advocate, Lissa worked with a team of population health experts to create an equitable technology platform for Advocate’s ACO participants.
Lissa practices advocacy outside of healthcare as a volunteer with Wisconsin Books to Prisoners. Lissa lives in Madison, WI with her husband (Jon) and dog (Alfred).

Kerry Kressel
Kerry Kressel is an Application Analyst for Aspirus Health where she has been employed for 11 years. Kerry holds Epic certifications in EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation, Hospital Outpatient Departments (HOD), MyChart and Training Environment. Kerry supports the clinical users in these different areas. Kerry also holds the HIMSS CAHIMS certification since June 2014.
Kerry has been a volunteer for the WI HIMSS chapter for many years helping primarily with the annual spring leadership conference. In 2023, Kerry took on the Director of Education-Elect position and 2024 as the Director of Education. She is excited to expand her involvement with the chapter and looks forward to working on educational opportunities for our members.

Jill Bower
Jill has an MBA degree, CPHIMS, Project Management Professional (PMP), and paralegal certifications. I have worked in healthcare 21 years. I am a Member on the WI HIMSS Chapter Professional Development Committee and present at the CAHIMS and CPHIMS semi- annual boot camps. I currently work as IT Project Manager & Analyst at Sauk Prairie Healthcare and encourage and mentor my co-workers to participate in the professional development offered by WI HIMSS.
Personally, my husband and I live in the country near Barneveld with our dog. We have 2 adult daughters and sons-in-law and a 2-year-old granddaughter Olivia. We enjoy gardening and golfing.

Joshua Kropp
Joshua is the administrative manager of the support departments of the Communicable Disease Division of the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene, where he leads the applications and data teams. He is a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) and Epic analyst. He holds a BS in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, and is a current eMBA student at the Wisconsin School of Business. Joshua has been involved with HIMSS - Wisconsin since 2018, and is passionate about transforming healthcare IT. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, hiking, traveling, cooking and baking, music and poetry.

Lauren Griessmeyer
Currently the leader over product and development for EHR integrated products for Cencora, the common thread through Lauren’s career has been a desire to make healthcare providers’ lives easier. She started on this path as a trainer at Epic and continued working on user education and adoption throughout her time at Nordic Consulting Partners. In her current role, Lauren works with health system users to understand administrative barriers to getting patients on the medications they need. Along with her teams, Lauren works on continuously improving electronic prior authorization and price transparency tools that ease burdens on both the healthcare providers, their support staff and speed time to therapy for their patients.

Roger Yin
Dr. L. Roger Yin is a Professor of Information Technology in the College of Business and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Roger is the 2024 W.P Roseman Excellence in Teaching Award recipient, the highest honor to a teaching professor at UW-Whitewater. Roger earned a BE in Environmental Engineering, and holds both MS and PhD in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University, Bloomington. Dr. Yin has 30 years of teaching experience in IT GRC and Cybersecurity related courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Roger was awarded more than US$3M of federal grant funding as a Co-PI from DOD, DOL, and NSA for Cybersecurity training and education. Since 2015, Roger has been the faculty advisor for the UWW Student Chapter of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (HIMSS). Dr. Yin has published more than 40 refereed journal articles and presented 50+ papers in national and international conferences on and related to Information Technology. Roger has served on the WI HIMSS Chapter Board as the Director of Students since 2016.

Chris Jasen
Christopher currently serves as the Information Technology Director with Froedtert Health & the Medical College of Wisconsin. He has overseen Froedtert Health's Epic enhancements, Epic Community Connect program, Upgrade strategy, and is currently the OA for HIMSS. Prior to Froedtert Health, Chris served as a Connect and MA advisor for Optimum Health. Chris maintains Epic certifications and has a graduate background in Digital Health from the University of Denver.

Danny Hanson
As Director of the IT Project Management Office for Froedtert Health, Danny brings over 15 years of Healthcare IT experience to the Wisconsin HIMSS Chapter Board of Directors. He holds a BA in Computer Science, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management, and an MBA in Healthcare Administration; as well as the CPHIMS and PMP certifications.
As a Director at Large, Danny is able to leverage nearly a decade of Wisconsin HIMSS Chapter Board experience, having served in a variety of roles including Membership, Students, Secretary, and President, to his interactions with the Board and the Wisconsin Chapter members. He also chairs the Professional Development Committee, facilitating the delivery of semi-annual certification bootcamps, and more recently, ‘fundamentals’ courses aimed at providing introductory level education to a variety of Healthcare IT topics
Danny’s strong background in managing a variety of complex healthcare IT projects, and communicating with all manner of Healthcare IT professionals, coupled with his commitment to improving healthcare IT systems, allows him to bring valuable expertise and a passion for innovation to the Wisconsin HIMSS Chapter Board.

Madeline Hehemann
Madeline Hehemann is the Clinical Informatics Specialist for the Oncology Division at Froedtert Health. She currently supports Froedtert Health’s inpatient oncology units and outpatient oncology clinics, infusion, lab, BMT, and translational research unit with an emphasis on Epic Beacon workflows in partnership with Cancer Center stakeholders. Her experiences as a nurse, administrative supervisor, and clinical informatics partner has spanned the inpatient and ambulatory care settings.
She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Marquette University and Masters of Science in Nursing with a focus in Nursing Leadership and Healthcare Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. Madeline also serves as an Adjunct Professor for the Informatics, Technology, and Professional Issues course within the College of Nursing at Marquette University. In 2024, Madeline joined the WI HIMSS Chapter as the Communication Chair and is eager to support our member’s engagement and professional development!

John Manzuk
John has over 15 years of healthcare IT experience, working in implementation, consulting, leadership, and business development. I started at Epic in 2008, installing inpatient EHR software for customers moving from paper to electronic records. I worked at Nordic for more than 10 years, taking on management and leadership roles as Nordic expanded its professional services. I led a Managed Services team of 250 employees who provided Epic support (Tier 1 and Tier 2) for 45 customers. I enjoy the Managed Services model that delivers reliable outcomes for customers, and I joined Cardamom where we use that model for data, analytics, and applications.

Laura Hiler
Laura has been working in Healthcare IT since 2005. In the course of her HIT career, Laura has supported dozens of hospital systems from training project teams at the beginning of an implementation through post-live maintenance and support and upgrades. In this, she has never lost sight of patients as the reason for this industry.
Outside her work Laura lives in southern Dane county with her husband and son. Her hobbies include cooking, knitting, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Nick is an experienced IT professional with over 30 years in the industry. Beginning his career in the early 1990s, Nick has developed deep expertise in building and supporting complex IT systems. He has consistently been at the forefront of technological innovation, leading the introduction and implementation of cutting-edge technologies across the modern enterprise.
